POE was subcontracted by China Harbour Engineering Company Ltd to perform the Pakistan Single Point Mooring Project of BYCO Petroleum Pakistan Limited.

POE is responsible for engineering, part of procurement, onshore construction, offshore installation and commissioning of the 11.3 Km 28” subsea pipeline, PLEM and SPM system.  Pipelines were laid with bottom tow method.

30 Jan, 2013, PLEM was successfully launched.  This indicates POE has completed an important milestone of Pakistan Single Point Mooring Project.
