In the project, POE’s work is CEPA/WHPB drilling rig basic design on structure, piping and corrosion. 8 structure specifications are proposed, including design specification, structure material specification, structure welding and inspection specification and structure fabrication specification. Besides, 26 drawings are proposed including deck slipway arrangement, support locations, deck load arrangement, and so on. Based on location analysis, lift analysis, towing analysis and earthquake analysis, the report of reaction of support and structure calculation report are proposed. The project also includes corrosion specification, pipeline material specification, pipeline material list, valve material list, totally 48 pieces of document.
