POE co-operated with Shanghai Salvage Bureau to perform cleaning and hydrostatic testing for Ya Cheng 13-4 gas field riser and subsea pipeline project. The project  is divided into two phases： 1）Riser pipe cleaning、hydro-testing；2） Sea pipeline、Expansion bend pipe cleaning hydro-testing、gauging、drying and inerting.
