POE is responsible for  engineering, procurement, onshore construction, installation and commissioning of four (4) 219mm×8mm oil pipelines, one 168mm water pipeline, one 63mm HDPE firefighting water pipeline and one power-optical composite cable. All pipelines are protected by anti-corrosion and cathode. The project was completed by using innovative bundling and surface tow methods.
