Provided technical support for CNOOC Chunxiao pipeline spool piece connection and saturation diving.  The work was performed for EPIC contractor Hyundai Heavy Industries.  The project scope included 3 expansion loop/PLEM installations in 110 meters of water depth.  POE mobilized a DP diving support vessel (DPDSV) equipped with heave compensated crane, 4 sets of independent positioning systems (Taut Wire, Fembeam, Sonar/Beacon and DGPS).  The scope also included installing concrete protection matrices.
